Do you actually stock cabinets in Greensboro, or is this drop-shipped?
We stock them. The finishes priced on this site sit on the rack here in Greensboro and go out in 3–7 business days. A handful of special-order finishes are drop-shipped from the factory and we label those clearly on their own pages.
What does RTA mean for my install?
The cabinet ships flat with cam locks, dowels, screws and an instruction sheet. A base cabinet takes roughly 12 minutes with a rubber mallet and a square. A full kitchen is an afternoon for one person. If you would rather not, we will build them for $20 a cabinet.
How much is a 10x10 kitchen?
From $3,186 in Builder Grade Shaker up through the premium finishes, which is roughly 35% under manufacturer MSRP. Every finish page on this site shows its own 10×10 price and the full model-number price list behind it.
Can I get a door sample before I commit?
Yes. Sample doors are available in every stocked finish; trade accounts get them at cost. Come by the warehouse and you can put three finishes next to your countertop sample in daylight.
How long does an order take?
Stocked SKUs run 3–7 business days from approval. If something on your list is out, we tell you at quote time and give you the date — you will not find out at pickup.
Do you deliver to Winston-Salem, Burlington and High Point?
Yes. Free delivery on orders over $2,500 within 40 miles of Greensboro, which covers Winston-Salem, Burlington, High Point, Kernersville, Browns Summit, Whitsett, Summerfield and Oak Ridge. Beyond that we quote freight.
What is the return policy?
Unopened, unassembled cabinets come back within 30 days for a 15% restocking fee. Assembled or modified cabinets are not returnable. Damaged or defective parts are replaced free — send a photo and we ship the part.
Is there a warranty?
Twelve months, limited, to the original purchaser — cabinets, door hinges and drawer glides against defects in material and workmanship. Residential use only, proof of purchase required, not transferable. It does not cover finish wear, water damage or improper installation.
What are the cabinets actually made of?
Full-overlay 5-piece doors in solid wood with an MDF center panel, ¾" solid wood face frame, ½" cabinet-grade plywood box, solid wood dovetail drawer boxes, undermount full-extension soft-close glides and 6-way adjustable soft-close hinges. Certified TSCA VI, KCMA, CARB2 and NGBS Green.
Can I mix finishes in one kitchen?
All the time — a painted perimeter with a woodgrain island is the most common request we get. Trim profiles match across lines, so it details cleanly.
Do you sell to homeowners, or only to the trade?
Both. Everyone buys at our shelf price, which already runs about 35% under manufacturer MSRP. Trade accounts take another 4–8% off on top. The construction and the warranty are identical either way.
What about countertops and hardware?
We do not stock either. We will size the countertop on your drawing and tell you the pull spacing the doors are bored for, so your fabricator and hardware supplier have what they need.
